Biography

The aim of my research is to examine the mental health challenges that healthcare workers are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic and evaluate the effectiveness of current interventions. Additionally, I seek to identify potential measures that could be implemented to support the psychological well-being of healthcare workers in this context. By exploring these issues, my research aims to contribute to a better understanding of the mental health impacts of the pandemic on healthcare workers and inform the development of effective strategies to address them.
