Alessia Perricone is a fourth-year student who is obtaining a major in Professional Communication and a minor in Fashion Studies at Ryerson University.

Research
The objective for my project is to research the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 on small businesses to further my knowledge of dealing with crises. I address how small businesses have experienced closures, financial fragility due to a loss of income, and having to seek either emergency funding or government loan programs.
