This research project discusses how social media influences people’s interest in travel. The premise is that platforms like Instagram and TikTok expose users to curated travel content that influences their desires and decisions. For example, short-form reels, and influencer’s posts. The video will examine what kinds of posts have the most impact on people. Whether it is attractive photos, influencer recommendations, or peer experiences. The goal is to demonstrate how this digital exposure shifts into real travel intentions and choices. This matters for tourism, content creators, local communities, and the environment as well. It is crucial to understand how online posts shape peoples’ expectations before they book a trip.
