This research proposal explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the creativity of humans, focusing on the creative production and consumption of art. As technology continues to advance and assist us in our everyday lives, it is crucial to understand its role in creative work, recognizing how it can be used in collaboration or potentially replace human creativity entirely. This proposal will address key questions regarding the augmentation versus replacement of human creativity, the portrayal and perception of artificial art, and its ethical and social implications. The study will shed light on the evolving dynamic between AI and humans and provide insight into how creative expression could change its effect on society.
