Research

Research

Canada.ca offers many resources that can be overwhelming to navigate, especially for users that want to complete a simple transaction. It is critical for government systems to provide information and content that is easy to understand and navigate so that users can engage with them effectively. The goal of this research is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current Canadian Government site by specifically studying the current discoverability of its resources, navigation efficiency, and search capabilities.
