Biography

I am someone who has always been passionate about entrepreneurship. I started my very own small jewellery shop in December 2019 but due to the COVID pandemic, I was forced to shut down my store and use an online platform to run my small business. Unfortunately my small shop has now been permanently shut down.

Research Summary

My story has inspired me to research how other businesses had been affected due to the unforeseen events of the recent pandemic, and look into how failures can be prevented in the future if ever we come across another pandemic.
