My name is Michelle D'Souza and I'm a fourth-year Profesional Communication student at Ryerson University. This is my capstone project in which I investigate the Bruce McArthur case from a crisis communication perspective.

This research project is a case study that looks at the Bruce McArthur case from a crisis communication perspective.
