UX UI inaccessibility of online psych health for undergrad students

I am a UX/Ul and graphic designer with a background in Professional Communication and Psychology. I design visual systems that prioritize clarity, usability, and human behavior. My current practice is evolving to include 3D modeling and motion graphics.

There is an increasing demand for online psychologic health resources in recent years. However, in universities, undergrad students often do not get the help the needed. This research used secondary research to summarize the common barriers in accessibility, and how to change the inaccessible features.
