Research Summary

Many people find influencers more relatable than celebrities, which is why influencer marketing has had so much more success. The relationships influencers build with their online community aids in the likelihood of them purchasing recommended products. In fact, 72% of people say their trust in influencers have increased over the past year. Additionally, 62% of people say that their purchasing decisions are driven by influencers. Lastly, 64% of people also said that influencers have introduced them to new brands they would have never considered. Overall, influencers have had a significant impact on consumers buying decisions.
