Biography

Research Summary

A charitable organization by the name of Jaco Impact based in Jaco, Costa Rica with a supporter base of 5,000+ people and are experiencing a lack of consistent financial support from their community. This quasi-experimental research investigates their donation collection method, while specifically exploring donor attitudes towards a subscription-based donation platform model. This study conducted in dual strands, surveys a target population without random assignment to estimate a causal impact using mixed data analysis techniques. The findings will be integrated into a new donation platform for the organization.
