Online shopping has become increasingly popular since the COVID-19 pandemic. Many people rely on online shopping to get their essential items to their homes. This research will aim to examine the online shopping habits of consumers. It will go into detail about what types of products consumers are more likely to purchase online versus in store during the pandemic, and see whether these new trends are likely to continue after the pandemic is done. The purpose of this research is to better understand the consumers’ habits that have been affected by COVID-19 so that business’ can be better prepared for what is to come after the pandemic.
