Rebecca Tran

Rebecca Tran is a digital storyteller with a passion for aesthetics and has experience in creating content for social media. After studying Professional Communications at Ryerson University it has sparked a deep interest in social media and communication in relation to peoples behavior, both on and offline. Rebecca also has a minor in Public Relations and enjoys reading, writing and editing content. Rebecca is a certified yoga instructor and has a passion for anything health and wellness.

Research

This project is on communication in the digital age of social media with a focus on how the social networking site Instagram plays a big role in the relationships that people have with others, with themselves and technology itself. This research will provide a quantitative analysis of social media users Instagram activity, smartphone habits and online personas.
