Research

Chromotherapy, also known as colour therapy is a method used to help individual who suffer illnesses such as schizophrenia. My research looks at how young adults used colour in their daily lives to help reduce stress and boost mental health.

A white infographic promoting chromotherapy. The title 'CHROMOTHERAPY' is in large black letters, with 'What's Your Colour?' below it in italics. The background features soft, pastel-colored dripping paint shapes in pink, yellow, light green, and light blue. At the bottom, five square Pantone color swatches are displayed: deep red for #ENERGY, light pink for #COMPASSION, bright yellow for #ENTHUSIASM, pale green for #HARMONY, and sky blue for #WISDOM.
