This capstone project is centered around the four most successful football (soccer) managers: Sir Alex Ferguson, Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti and Jose Mourinho. The aim is to analyze what type of leadership style each one has based on three different leadership theories: Autocratic, Democratic and Laissez Faire leadership. Data is collecting on them from books, articles and Youtube videos and then filtered through the leadership theories to determine which leadership style best matches each one. After this process was conducted, it was found that Sir Alex Ferguson, Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho all possessed Autocratic leadership styles, while Carlo Ancelotti possessed a Democratic leadership style.
